Frequently asked questions.

When should I RSVP to the Wedding?

Kindly RSVP by April 30th.

What should I wear?

Cocktail attire is appropriate for the Welcome Party. The Wedding Day attire is Black Tie optional. Formal and semi-formal clothing will be appropriate: floor or tea-length gowns for ladies, and a tuxedo for the gentlemen. For guests whom choose to wear heels, we recommend a block heel or wedge as parts of the evening events will be on grassy lawn.

Staying true to our Mountain West setting, Western-wear is welcome at all events. We encourage guests, especially the ladies, to embrace the color themes of the wild flowers of the mountains: bold and bright hues—and please no white nor cream—romantic fabrics and draping, with whimsical accents like floral appliqués, we’d love to see it! Ultimately, we encourage guests to have fun with their attire!

Can I bring a guest?

Please refer to your dedicated RSVP form.

Are children welcome to attend?

While we love our little ones, we kindly ask you to make arrangements for their care during our Wedding. There are excellent local services that provide Infant Care, Nanny Services, and multiple child care. We recognize we are blessed with quite a few new babies at this time and if you need specific accommodations, please reach out to Olivia and Tom.

Is the wedding indoors or out of doors?

The Ceremony will take place outdoors in an area shaded by trees. Parisols will be provided for guests requiring extra shade. Cocktail Hour will also be outdoors, with shaded areas for guests to mingle, restrooms are indoors. The Reception will be in a tented area of the pavillion lawn.
